Are your carers fully trained and vetted?
Yes. Every member of our care team undergoes enhanced DBS checks before joining and receives comprehensive induction training plus ongoing mandatory training in safeguarding, medication, manual handling, first aid, and specialist care areas.
Can I choose the same carer each visit?
We work hard to provide consistency of carer wherever possible. During the care matching process we consider skills, personality, cultural background, and language to find the best fit.
Do you accept local authority and NHS funding?
