Anees Ur Rehman founded Mother Care East London Ltd driven by a personal conviction that every individual deserves to receive care that is compassionate, consistent, and tailored entirely to their own needs and wishes.
Under his leadership, the organisation has grown into a respected provider across multiple East London boroughs, building a team of dedicated care professionals who share his commitment to quality, dignity, and person-centred practice. Anees works closely with local NHS commissioners, social care teams, and families to ensure the organisation remains responsive, accountable, and continuously improving.

We co-create a written care plan with the individual, their family, and relevant healthcare professionals to reflect what matters most to them.

Care begins to the agreed plan, with regular reviews, ongoing supervision, and open communication with families to ensure everything is working well.
